counseling for mothers

Let me help you create change so you can build the life you dream of.

Welcome! As your counselor it is my desire to help you create change to build the life you dream of. With compassion and authenticity I create an experience of acceptance and upliftment. I have confidence in you and believe in the work I do. Utilizing evidence based treatments and tapping into your unique gifts, I guide you towards healing.  If you struggle with depression, burnout, perfectionism, stress, parenting, or anxiety know there is help.

I am a wife to my wonderful husband and mother to 3 children, I am also the happy owner of a dog. When I am not with my family or helping clients I have many hobbies; photography, hiking, and reading are in the top five. I enjoy participating in my church and extended family. One of my personal missions is to bridge the gap between faith and mental health to reach more individuals, especially women, and help them really see their light. I am happy to be available for presenting firesides or workshops for local organizations and church groups on topics of mental health, depression, parenting, self esteem and stress management.

My education was obtained from Northwest Nazarene University, Masters of Science in Counseling degree with an emphasis in Marriage, couples, and families. My Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University-Idaho. I am a licensed professional counselor (License #: LPC- 8183) with the Idaho Bureau of Occupational License, and nationally certified counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA). Have my level 1 &2 Gottman certification and have additional training in treatment of depression, play therapy, creative therapies and coaching modalities.
